(This really happened to me...)

So far today I have:

Walloped my elbow on the wall while taking off a pc case

Picked up a case by the wrong part which made a panel come out and cut my hand

Put a monitor down where there wasn't enough space thus getting cut hand trapped

Tripped over a cable and unplugged a network

Encountered the 'Blue Screen of Death' four bloody times

Hit myself in the face whilst pulling paper jammed in the printer

Lost my screwdriver

Found my screwdriver again by sitting on it!

Knocked over my pint at lunchtime

Sat on a wheelie chair which broke smacking my knee on the bench as it did so

Lost a folder whilst transferring it from one hard drive to another

Found lost folder after a 20 minute search

Lit the wrong end of my last cigarette

Reformatted and installed win2000 on 2 'puters (yawn...........)

Spent half an hour trying to explain to another student that the reason
win98 won't load on the pc is because there is no sodding hard drive in it.

Spent 40 minutes finding and downloading drivers on the net only to be told
'sorry, I needed the ones for the modem, not the printer after all!'

And finally missed 3 buses on the way home and had to wait 20 minutes in the
pi**ing rain for another 3 to turn up at the same time.........
