Team development

Each team development has a different focus, depending on the unique needs of a unique gathering of individuals. We recognise that it isn't possible to provide a standard team development event. Hence, our approach is a consultative one which involves:

• a phase of consulting to you to identify with you the needs of the team members
• a period of design, where we will discuss our ideas with you, before finally agreeing a design
• development of ideas into tangible plans that will address the needs
• a practical phase, typically a team workshop
• a review, and planning next steps, and monitoring to support initiatives

In short, we will develop a bespoke solution to address the needs of your team. However, because we have considerable experience in such projects our consulting period will be as short as possible, thereby providing a bespoke but cost-effective solution.
