Soft-skill training which supports corporate initiatives is often difficult to procure within territory, and literal translations of course materials drafted in English by US or UK designers usually do not fit with the national cultures outside these countries. Similarly, soft-skills courses run in English are unsuccessful because the appreciation of the background to the skill demand a subtlety of local language.
