We train people to administer and interpret psychometric tests in accordance with the rules of the British Psychological Society, as follows:
This option is suitable for support staff who are going to administer tests, questionnaires or assessment centre exercises but NOT interpret them.
The training would consist of the relevant module from the BPsS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A).
We run workshops for large or small groups.
This option is relevant for those support staff or consultants who administer, score AND interpret ability test results.
We have a range of options, including:
Open Learning
This approach is suitable for those who like to learn in an informal
way. The programme consists of written text, continuous assessment
and telephone tutorials. There is a 1 day practical workshop
towards the end of the programme.
Public Modular Programmes
This option includes elements of the open learning programme
but with 2 intensive days to consolidate the learning. These
tutorial days are held monthly.
In-company training
We also run the equivalent to the Public module for companies
over a 5 day module, when we can tailor the training to better
meet the needs of the delegates. This is a very cost-effective
approach for groups of 5+ participants.
This option is for staff or consultants who wish to extend their skills into personality and motivational assessment. It is a prerequisite of Level B training that delegates already hold the Level A Certificate.
