engineering division of an organisation of 8000 people

- Recovery. Established the causes of large-scale overruns
in software engineering development projects and put in place
processes to remedy problems
- Developing business. Developed and implemented relationship
sales approaches for the partners
- Support and coaching. Worked with Director of Change
Management to establish a community of change management professionals
within the European and African territories
- Assessment centres. Designed key elements of assessment
centres, trained assessors and co-ordinated the proceedings of
