The course will be very practically based, where participants
will have the opportunity to practise coaching skills, which are
based on a well-proven coaching model which was developed within
the IT industry.

- The coaching model
- Analysis of effective performance
- Design of observation template
- Design of coaching approach
- Running a coaching session
- Giving feedback to improve feedback
- Receiving feedback on your coaching
