This programme is held in an outdoor residential centre, where group dynamics form an important part of the programme.
A combination of short tutor-led sessions, practical exercises conducted indoors and out of doors provide the framework for this programme.
The emphasis is on practical skill development that can be directly related to business life. Individuals receive personal feedback from the tutor and from fellow participants.
This programme concentrates on the skills of leadership, which can be acquired and practised immediately, specifically:
Managers/consultants who are taking greater responsibility for assignment and people management.
It is primarily aimed at managers/consultants who have had some management experience and wish to move towards managing larger teams
When you have attained an experience level where you are responsible for the work of other consultants
