Bedroom 2 - 1st fl, double, ensuite shower 
Bedroom 3 - 1st fl, double, ensuite, shower
Bedroom 4 - 1st fl, double, daybed
 
For large parties, the ground floor 'Oak Room' can be made into an extra bedroom (double or twin) - the ground floor wc acts as ensuite. Most rooms can accommodate a cot or small mattress by arrangement.
