John and Patricia Deacon welcome you to their holiday home in Torreveija - Spain....

Our apartment is situated on the eighth floor of a modern block in Torrevieja near Alicante. It is in a superb position overlooking the Mediterranean with panoramic sea views and approximately one minute from the beach

and 10 minutes walk from the town centre along the promenade.

It is fully furnished for four and is served by two lifts from the entrance lobby.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with entry phone, a lounge-dining area with french windows leading to a balcony (with patio and table and chairs overlooking the sea.), bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

We have installed satellite television with all SKY channels plus all movies and SKY Sports 1,2 and 3. Also all BBC radio programmes.

The bedroom has twin beds and there is a double bed settee in the lounge.

The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, washbasin, electric shaving point, and bath with shower.

The Kitchen is fully fitted and has electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and worktops and cupboard space. There is also a washing machine and iron/ironing board.

All the floors in the apartment are terrazzo tiled for coolness in the summer, but if the temperature ever falls below average, there is a gas room heater.

All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided by us.

During the summer months there is a large swimming pool surrounded by table and chairs. It is open from mid-July to mid-September with tickets available from the Porteria.

The Apartment is however less than one minute walk from the 'Playa del Cura' beach and only about 4 minutes from the 'Playa de los Locos' beach.
