The Law

This army stemmed from a few figures I was given from Tony Horobin at Berkeley 2004 and a discussion on beating Shooter based armies...or at least how to not lose against them. The idea was that Blades and personality elements were the best way to deal with Shooters and opposing personality elements. I'd recently used the Colonials (who are also mainly Blades in 25mm) with reasonable success and with no 15mm Blade army it seemed a good time to have one. The othe thing of course is that it is now 'de riguer' to have new armies for each competition otherwise Alan Saunders gives you some stick ;-)

Tony had given me a couple and pointed otu they were the last of the line for the moment but fortunately James Ewins had some spare and popped them in the post. The painting turned out quicker than anticipated although it will not win any prizes. I hunted down some pictures of Dredd on the net to make sure I had the colour scheme as close as possible.

There is no Stronghold yet but it will be some form of futuristic building.

This will be my main army entry for Macclesfield Manouevres 2003.
