Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email and will be held for 3 working days. To secure your booking, a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total cost should be received by that time. The remainder should be paid in full no later than six weeks prior to occupation of the
apartment. At that stage, we will send directions to the apartment, as well as details regarding how to contact the local agents and how to access the apartment. A security deposit of £100 is required to cover breakages and loss or damage to air conditioning and TV controllers and will be refunded or the cheque destroyed after safe return of the house keys and inspection of the property. Please note the Condominium imposes a charge for sun beds round the pool – currently 1.5€ per ½ day.
