Living Room has cable TV, stereo Hi-fi, sofa, open fire Large terrace room, enclosed by windows and French doors. Dining table and chairs.

The terrace room can be closed off by the windows and French doors, without spoiling the splendid view onto the pool and it forms an ideal area for “outside” eating at any time of year. There are three communal pools on the Old Village – one still to be opened at the end of 2005/early 2006. The gardens around the apartments are a highlight of the Old Village and are well tended, with many bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs. The Old Village lies between the 10th and 12th fairways of the Pinhal Golf course. Please note there is a charge for the sun beds around the pool; this is beyond our control. Currently the charge is 2.5€ per half day. Miscellaneous Indoor towels and linen are supplied, but please bring your own pool/beach towels. The property has a towel and bed linen change once a week – please arrange a day and time to suit you with the local agent. Changeover day is preferably Saturday (other days may be possible by arrangement, but there will be a supplement of £40 for Sunday arrival/departure, in view of the extra preparation/cleaning costs) Adequate time is required to clean the apartment, so it is essential that the premises be vacated by 10am. Entry is not before 4pm.
