Miscellaneous
- Most linen is provided, but please bring your own beach and pool towels.
- There is no phone at the villa but there is an international call box in the main square in Cómpeta.
- Dual band mobile phones, set up for international roaming, do get good reception at the villa.
- A selection of books is available in the sitting room.
- There is also a CD player and a selection of CD's.
- There is a TV, with free-to view satellite channels and
a DVD player.
- A Christmas tree and decorations are available for Christmas visitors!

Change over day is preferably Saturday. (there may be a supplement for a different arrival/departure day)
Adequate time is required to clean the villa and do any washing and ironing before new guests arrive. Since cleaning can not start until early afternoon, it is essential that:
- the premises are vacated by 2 pm
- entry is not before 6 pm
