Joining the Practice

We extend a warm welcome to those who would like to join our practice. The cost of a new patient consultation is £16.00 inclusive of some xrays. Please call the practice on 0121 777 1537 to arrange an appointment. Unfortunately, our NHS list is full and we are not able to take on any further NHS patients at present. However, we do have a waiting list and would be happy to take your details.

Appointments

For your convenience and to ensure the smooth running of the practice, patients are seen by appointment only.

We always endeavour to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting, there is normally a good reason; please be patient.

If you have to cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice so that the time may be offered to another patient. Broken appointments and those cancelled at short notice may incur a charge.

Patients will be sent a SMS reminder 3 days before their appointment.

Access

The practice is situated on the ground floor and has wheel chair access. There are off-road parking spaces for five cars.

Fees

An itemised treatment plan and estimate of associated costs will be provided at the end of your first consultation.

Payments should be made during the course of treatment and must be finalised before completion.

We accept cash, cheques (with a valid cheque guarantee card) and all major debit/credit cards as methods of payment.
