above rates are in UK pounds, include local taxes
of 12% and cleaning on departure.
A $100 Security Deposit is due
on arrival, payable by cash, cashier's cheque, money order, travellers
cheques (U.S. Funds), VISA or MasterCard.
Reservations
will be confirmed upon payment of a Reservation Deposit of £100
or 20% whichever is the greater. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due 60 days prior
to arrival date.
A local management agent is on
hand to arrange key pick-up and help with any additional requirements.

All rates subject to change without
prior notice. Due to unexpected circumstances, if designated
accommodations is not available, we reserve the right to assign
