Mary, Just a quick note to say thank you. We had a wonderful
time down on the Isla del Sol,everything was excellent, Condo,
View, Management company, area in general, all excellent. I must
admit I was a little worried to start with, dealing with a person
who I had never met before, using the internet for the first
time to book and pay for a holiday. You made it all seem too
easy, but it was that easy for us, nothing that I am aware of
went wrong, and every thing was easy, finding the place, getting
the keys, handing them back, everything working correctly. Thankyou

Mary, Just a quick note to thank you for booking the apartment
for us. Everything went well, the weather was perfect only a
quick downpour one evening when we were at the Mall. We had lovely
sunsets almost every evening and it was rather a shock landing
at Manchester Airport on Monday morning to rain and a temperature
of 9C. Thanks again, will be in touch later in the year to book

Mary, Villa 30060. Having recently returned and half recovered
from the extremes of our English climate we would like to forward
a brief but sincere thanks for your help in arranging our stay
at the above Villa which was in an ideal location and met the
overall needs of our party of seven. A couple of small problems
concerning the air conditioning not working correctly on arrival
and a bulb shorting out on the fridge were quickly and satisfactorily
dealt with by the management company. As we visit Florida most
years, it is quite likely this area will be on our schedule once
again and I will have no hesitation in contacting you again.

Mary, We have just come back from our stay at Arie Dam, Madeira
Beach Florida. It was fab. So much room for all 6 of us and it
was exactly as described. The location was very good, weather
excellent and plenty of places in easy distance to go and eat.

Key) was absolutely brilliant, it was a perfect two weeks, thank

worth it. The condo, sea breeze, was superb, and the views terrific...the
car hire was a breeze also, we were first in the queue, so were
on the road, in a big 4x4 mitsubishi montero within minutes...we

Mary, I am just back from Florida where I rented on Isla Del
Sol. Just a quick note to say that everything went to plan and
we had a great time, a brilliant place to stay and the location
just great for using as a base. Spent a couple of relaxing and
idylic days at Fort De Soto, a couple of days around St Pete's
and the Southen Beaches, a trip to Tampa for Busch Gardens, plus
my first ever round of golf at the Country Club !!! Once again,

We have now returned from Florida (by A.A) The house (Hart House)
was everything we wanted by way of situation facilities and standard.
The owners had obviously gone to a great deal of trouble in the
fitting out which was to an extremely high standard. Everything
we needed was there.The only complaint that I would have is that
the two adults in the party should have gone on an intensive
course relating to the T.V. system. The children of course could
manage it easily. Thanks for your help and prompt attention to
