A $250 Security Deposit
is due prior to arrival by credit card with the management company
in Florida. This payment will not be processed, provided there
is no damage or theft to the unit or property, and there are
no outstanding expenses related to rental extensions, excessive
cleaning needed, long distance telephone charges or crib rentals,
etc.
Reservations
will be confirmed upon payment of a Reservation Deposit of £100
or 20% whichever is the greater. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due
60 days prior to arrival date.
A local management
agent is on hand to arrange key pick-up and help with any additional
requirements.

All rates subject to
change without prior notice. Due to unexpected circumstances,
if designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the
right to assign guests to a comparable unit.
