Laffanki's paintings are made in pure vibrant colours! Laffanki's British Modern Artwork has found a very ready following of U.K. Collectors, some owning nearly a dozen pictures as well as buyers from America, Europe, Asia & Australia.

After working for several years as an art restorer it was but a small step to painting full pictures. Being self taught Laffanki (pronounced "laugh-an-key") has developed his own style and originality by painting with feeling from the heart.

Laffanki's very special and unique way of using colour sets him apart from any other artist. He is the originator of a completely new art form called 'Visual Impact Art'. Laffanki mixes the media to get the effects that he requires; uniquely creating pictures that play with colour and form.

He has recently moved into works in pure colour with the addition in some paintings of 'Interference', a medium that requires much effort to understand and master.

Laffanki has refined pointillism to the extreme, where nothing is what it appears. Defined single colours becoming a subtle blending and interaction of minute lights and colours each having it's own influence upon the visual image.
