Foreword

Throughout this book the words “higher you, soul, spirit. inner self and the real you” are referred to. These words are labels given to describe that part of us which Is our core, the part of us that is always in existence, or that part of us that is infinite.

We are like a jewel with many facets. Although each facet has its own individuality, it is part of the whole. In the same way each person, although an individual, is part of the Whole. The Whole in relation to ourselves is infinite. The facets of ourselves as individuals vary in perfection. Our conscious self is imperfect. We are. however, influenced by the completeness of self. which is perfect.

We cannot live without being a part of the Whole. Our consciousness that is expressing itself here and now has free will. We may choose to accept influence from our whole self, one part of our self or we may choose not to. Invariably we find that in using our free will to choose (which more often than not, is ruled by ego) we encounter difficulties. If we can learn to go with the now of our inner guidance we will find our lives becoming more peaceful; more harmonious and more enjoyable.

This book was dictated by a facet of the Whole, one who calls himself Azure. This concept alone opens up new horizons in our understanding of “What it’s all about” and “Why we are here,” but more importantly it suggests ways in which we can help ourselves to enjoy life to our greatest potential. As with anything we wish to achieve for ourselves there are no short cuts, we need only be prepared to make the effort.
