Separate Rates: to be agreed for part-week, Christmas, New Year, Easter and winter lets.
High Season: During high season we accept Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
The Price Tariffs shown are for two persons only, each extra person in a party will then be charged at £30 per head. Children under 10 will be an extra £5 per week.
Deposits: (non-refundable) £40.00 per week, received in advance, secures your reservation. We confirm this in writing.
Payment: By cheque or cash please. Guests are requested to pay the balance of the account ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL
Possession: Arrival between 12 noon and 4pm if possible. Guests are requested to vacate the flats by 10am on the day of departure.
