Once your web site is complete and we have registered a domain name we will arrange for it to be hosted. We will upload the site onto the host server and set everything up so it can be seen on the Internet. There is free hosting on some sites, the only penalty is that the free hosing sites display a small advertisement on your site by way of a timed banner at top of the page. Small price to pay for free hosting. You can have a paid site with no banner and set numerous other free sites that link to your own to gain a better prominence on the web ! Most Internet service providers that you use to connect to the Internet offer free web space that can used for your web site. All we require is the site name and password to gain access and upload the files to the server, the site will be the same as any on the Internet apart from the name and access speeds. This is a free domain example web.onetel.net.uk/~name these are registered domains www.name.co.uk - www.name.com etc. |
