I am listed as an inventor on these patents. I've been informed that roughly 90% of patents are rejected by the British Patent Office. These are the only patents I have submitted.

• Programme Selection Means in a Programme Transmission and Reception System
• Method for Controlling Traffic in a Communication Network
• Detecting Local Exchange Failure and Resultant Control of a Communications Network
• Apparatus for production of a musical score

If you read the details, you'll realize that these patents are best described as software plus, in that hardware is an essential part of the patents. You might be interested in knowing my views on software patents (patents on algorithms): I'm against them.
