I removed my web pages in 1999, when I emigrated to Belgium. Their restoration then succumbed to the sin of procrastination But I knew that something had to be done when other Donald Fisks, e.g. this guy started to have a higher profile than me on search engines.
I had planned to update these pages more frequently, but never got round to it. They don't look sexy. That's because they were generated by the Wiki I wrote in Emblem. Anyway, I think content's more important than style.
:UGAH179 was my first "permanent" user name, on an ICL2980 running VME/B back in 1981. I wrote a program that composed melodies on this, in BASIC. That was before I discovered Lisp.
