"My experiences as a lecturer and a teaching assistant have taught me that most students enroll in classes eager to learn. My primary responsibility is therefore to build upon their enthusiasm by making seminars and lectures interesting,and by encouraging them to get involved in the discussions. Giving students the opportunity to apply the concepts and methods is in my opinion the best foundation upon which they will rely on in making responsible decisions in the future. Influencing the thinking of our younger generation must be the goal of education".
