Developing and improving project procedures. On the job training for local staff in the use of Irrigation Scheduling Software and soil moisture sensing equipment to assess quantity and intervals of irrigation applications to cotton and other crops. Assist with the selection and installation of water measuring devices, in particular flumes. Introducing new techniques for water application. Analysis of farm data including water use and yields of cotton.
