Project Title: Northern Plains Irrigation Project – Support to
Diversification
Donor: EEC
End of Project Evaluation Mission. Its main purpose was to evaluate
the project in terms of relevance, implementation, effectiveness,
efficiency, impact, sustainability and replicability,
to evaluate the various agencies responsible for implementation of the project. It also provided the European Union, the
Government of Mauritius and for the benefit of the
different stakeholders recommendations as regards (a)
diversification potential in the project area (b) preconditions for a
sustainable diversification.
