Cranleigh Centre Enhancement Scheme

The proposals for the High Street facelift are on shown in the Arts Centre from 6th - 13th Oct. An extract  is available here.  Let us know your thoughts.


Landscaping of Stocklund Square

The first concert was held in the square in Sept. Soft landscaping of the square was promised by the Sainsbury's developer, we continue to press for it to happen! Press here for more info.


The Existing Village Hospital

It was announced that the Village hospital would close in Oct. (temporarily) as the Primary Health Trust was overspend. Local pressure has resulted in money being found and a reprieve!! Well done and thank you to those that led this effort.


The New Village Hospital

Outline planning permission was granted in 2003 for a new village hospital. Detailed plans are being prepared, Press here for more info
