Please note that your Society/Company is welcome on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and that you can select from the following two basic options:

GOLF ALL DAY

Coffee on arrival
Golf (your choice of 18, 14 or 9 holes)
Lunch (Soup and hot or cold Meal)
Golf (your preferred playing format)
Dinner (3 courses from the Menu options)

Cost per head . . . . . . . . . Ł 40.00

OPTION: Full English Breakfast on arrival (Ł3.50 each, minimum order = 12)

GOLF AFTERNOON ONLY

Lunch (Bacon/Sausage/Egg Sandwich)
Golf (your preferred playing format)
Dinner (3 courses from the Menu options)

Cost per head . . . . . . . . . Ł 35.00

ALL SOCIETIES, whether playing all day or afternoon only, are expected to remain for dinner.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. We require, 7 days in advance of your visit, a final commitment to numbers playing and eating. This will provide the basis for our minimum charge to you on the day.

2. A non-returnable Booking Fee of Ł5 per player is required with the Booking Form, which will be deducted from your final invoice.

3. Dress Rules MUST be observed. Please advise ALL your Members of the following:

On the Couse & in the Clubhouse, BLUE DENIM JEANS, SHELL SUITS, TRACK SUITS, TRAINERS, BRIEF SHORTS, COLLARLESS SHIRTS intended for other sports ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

In the Dining Room after 7 p.m. POLO/CRAVAT/TIE & JACKETS are OBLIGATORY.

4. MOBILE PHONES must be switched off on the Course and in the Clubhouse.

5. ACCOUNTS must be settled on the day.
