This phase of the XPCL
treatment involves adding the lubricant to the fuel at 1:500 ratio. The
lubricant provides a constant film of lubrication and protection to the
upper cylinder area.
The lubricant is carried into the engine with the fuel as a colloidal
suspension. As it is not dissolved in the fuel it has no effect whatever
on the combustion properties of the fuel.
The lubricant coats valves, pistons, rings and cylinder walls with a
highly effective film of lubrication. Because of the high temperature
stability of XPCL this film remains
constant throughout the combustion process.
