Macclesfield SupaCross - 28th December '03

This was billed as a big show down between Nick Craig and I, we have both won 4 events here. Could one of us make it 5? The course was changed considerably with much of the tricky tough stuff removed, this meant a group of 8 raced around together for the first half of the race. Nick, Liam Killeen and Robb Jebb were all going well. Rob made some big efforts that made everyone hurt. The group split up. Nick and Liam fought it out to the line it looked as if Nick was going to win but Liam came from behind and nipped him at the line.
