There are two parts to all major championships the build up before and the wind down after. I intended to enjoy the post event as much as the event its self. So for a couple of days I was a spectator, watching athletics in the City of Manchester stadium, track racing at the velodrome and even some judo at G-Mex. Before returning for the closing events of the road race and triathlon the following weekend.
