Individual Counselling

(Individual) Counselling and Mentoring) What is it?

People, let’s not forget, have searched for meaning, inspiration and resilience for millennia. The twentieth century was a triumph for technology; we did less well in achieving peace of mind, serenity and wisdom! Talking programmes usually draw from a limited pool of knowledge, wisdom and technique. They employ miscellaneous late twentieth century ‘gurus’ and not much else. Philosophy Online uses recent and earlier material (back to ancient Greece). It selects to suit your circumstances and your problems.
