Finding a Way is
written for those for whom spiritual values are important and whose needs for
self- discovery and relating to others are not met by religious teaching or
conventional psychology. It is a teach-yourself course, going through the vital
areas of living where so often we have learned to accept second best. So we
say, I dont want to commit myself, or I cant make
any difference. Can we learn to relax, to be better listeners, to be more
assertive, to avoid useless worry and self-torture, to co- operate, to take
responsibility, to be more effective parents? Though none of these skills in
human relationship are easy to master, a practical programme is presented, with
questions for self-assessment at every stage.
