NB No set change day. For a minimum 7
nights, bookings are inclusive of all charges e.g. cleaning, electricity, linen
etc. Shorter bookings will need to pay the change over fee. When bookings are
consecutive, guests need to vacate by 10 am and arriving guests will not be able
to pick up keys until after 4pm. All other arrivals/departures are open to
negotiation to suit your flights/ferry times.
