We collect the bottles ourselves from local establishments such as pubs, restaurants, guesthouses and transport them to our workshop in Nefyn. The bottles are then washed, cleaned and then sorted into different colours and sizes, ready for our recycling process. |

| To make our stained glass sheets (we use these in our lanterns and for our glass coasters (See our Gift Products page for colours available and further details including prices). The bottles are cut top and bottom and then vertically in half. These are then ready for the kiln. | |
| The heat from the kiln will effectively flatten the curved shapes above into flat useable pieces of glass. The waste we then crush for gravel applications, everything is recycled! | |

| We also place whole bottles into the kiln so that they too can be flattened and used to make unusual clocks. These can be engraved with your own personal or company logo for that special present or promotional gift or we can engrave them with the Welsh Dragon, Welsh Harp or Welsh Love knot.
