This apartment is light-filled from the huge expanse of south facing windows. It has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. It has a bathroom, its own entrance, garden deck, and shared utility space incorporating a washer and dryer.
The accommodation comprises a double bed on a mezzanine floor (important notice: this mezzanine floor is reached via a specially designed staircase which may not be suitable for elderly people or the infirm) and a double sofa bed on the main floor. An adjacent twin bedded room is also available to increase the accommodation for up to six people.
The Eco-village is situated within walking distance of the Dunes and the beach, and the picturesque Findhorn village and Bay. Findhorn village boasts two Pub/Restaurants, an award-winning village shop and Post Office, two cafes, antique shops, Fish and Chip shop, historical museum, boat yard, Yacht Club and Chandlery. Outdoor activities in the bay include: Fishing and sailing, and kayaks, canoes, dinghies and jet skis are available for hire, bicycles are also available for hire.

The Nature Reserve that encompasses a large area of the immediate vicinity is an important stop-over point on the migratory route of many species of birds, and is home to a number of wading birds.
